In addition, the attorneys have represented men and women in family law matters including divorces, paternity actions and actions to collect past due child support. The firm’s experience in representing businesses makes it especially adept at handing divorces where valuation of a business is a key issue in a property division.

Represented numerous parties in divorce proceedings. Many of the cases have involved valuation of interests in closely held companies.
Represented family members in guardianship proceedings involving both adults and minors.
Represented parties with marital estates as large as $50,000,000.
Represented an Oklahoma limited liability company in connection with a $1 million Reg D private placement financing the design, development and marketing of new innovative oil field equipment. The representation included the preparation of the LLC operating agreement, subscription documents and the required Reg D filings with the SEC and state securities departments.
Have assisted many clients with the preparation and review of pre-marital agreements.
